Activities in Business Development encompass the monitoring of Business opportunities across the differing industries and identify potential for the client base. Part of this process can involve assistance in the costing out of marketing services, materials and labour for a potential marketing campaign.

Budgeting for Expansion

We have in-house budgeting tools to enable us to capture the cost profile of a system or product line. These can be used in conjunction with the client’s own cost modelling systems.

Business Planning

Our planning methods enable us to assign our resources to produce summaries of potential investment activities. Within this process we are able to undertake SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) and PESTEC (Political, Economic, Social and Demographic, Technological, Environmental and Commercial) analysis. Reviews and Strategic Assessment

As part of the Business Development we undertake on-site reviews with the client’s management team and assist by bringing an outside focus on issues that can emerge during the decision making process for new investment.
