of potential investment activities. Within this process we are
able to undertake SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat)
and PESTEC (Political, Economic, Social and Demographic, Technological,
Environmental and Commercial) analysis. Reviews and Strategic
Assessment
As part of
the Business Development we undertake on-site reviews with the
client’s management team and assist by bringing an outside focus
on issues that can emerge during the decision making process for
new investment.
